Illegitimate incorporation filings lead to Ohio lawyer sanctions

The Ohio Supreme Court has decided that an attorney who filed articles of incorporation using the names of businesses owned by the man his estranged wife was dating would receive a six-month stayed suspension for misconduct and false statements.
