Condon, 80 Thomas Joseph Condon, former president of Urban Engineering, passed away at home surrounded by family and friends. He was 80. Mr. Condon, a graduate of the University of Detroit Jesuit High School, received his undergraduate degree from Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo and his law degree from the Detroit College of Law.
