PennDOT: Tolling bridges, including one on I-78 near Lenhartsville, only option so far to fund replacements
The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, with plans to toll nine bridges across the state to generate funds to replace them, told legislators Thursday it is willing to consider alternatives but it hasn’t seen a better alternative.
