Plans to overhaul part of Altrincham town centre and provide 157 new town centre homes have been released.
People can now have their say on plans for the Stamford Quarter in Altrincham from developers Bruntwood Works, in partnership with Trafford council.
In October 2019, the council and Bruntwood Works teamed up to buy three shopping centres (Stretford Mall, Altrincham’s Stamford Quarter and Altrincham’s Clarendon Centre) for £50m, with the council footing £25m of the bill and lending Bruntwood Works a further £25m for the joint venture.
Now, plans to overhaul these centres are getting closer.
