Flash flooding imminent in the red shaded area here because of this plume of very heavy rain, downpour, even some thunderstorms in the city of worcester. The concern, of course, is that its too much rain for the storm drains to handle. And then the complicating factor is that a lot of these storm drains likely have leaves cloggingm hills.
