Addenbrooke’s Hospital in Cambridge has opened the region’s first paediatric bone marrow transplant service.
Will Grocott, 15, is the first to receive treatment from the service at Addenbrooke's Hospital.
Will Grocott, who has leukaemia, was the new service's first patient at Addenbrooke's Hospital.
It will be run by Cambridge University Hospitals in partnership with several hospices in the region.
