Staffing agency gives vulnerable people a second chance
In 2021, Working Fields placed 265 people in jobs, according to marketing director Daryn Forgeron. The company has assembled roughly 70 employer partners across the state, including American Flatbread, Casella, Darn Tough, Killington Resort and the University of Vermont Health Network.
