Inside, all the employees inside, could remain safe. and that included using bullhorns to make sure those employees can head to what's described as a shelter in place location in the interior of the building. but those amazon executives also making it clear that was not meant to serve as a storm shelter. this building, because of flooding concerns, does not have a basement. and technically it's not required to according to building codes. that's what we heard from state officials. perhaps this is certainly an opportunity to revisit those building codes and perhaps make changes in the future. o...
