Twitch streamers are going to be hit by pay cuts, as the Amazon-owned streaming service oughts create a more sustainable model. The company is modifying its payout program, known as the "Partner Plus Program," to offer a 60/40 revenue split with lower qualification requirements, expanding the program to smaller creators.
