The recognition is given annually by the PCSI to individuals who have made valuable contribution to the cause of the group. Businessman and former Ambassador Francis Chua Chua is currently chairman emeritus of the country’s largest business group the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI), the country’s voice of business. He also served as president of the Chamber of the Philippine Islands, the Federation of Filipino-Chinese Chambers of Industry, and PCCI.
