Zanesville woman sentenced on fentanyl charge ZANESVILLE, Ohio — A Zanesville woman will spend 12 years in prison for possession of a fentanyl-related compound. 36-year-old Amber Bice was sentenced Wednesday on the first degree felony. In addition to the prison sentence, Bice was fined $7,500 and ordered to forfeit currency and firearms recovered during the investigation. Bice pleaded guilty in February to the charge.
