The David W. McCoy Scholarship has been established for Troy Buchanan High School students pursuing an undergraduate degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM). The purpose of this scholarship is to fund motivated students who may not have the opportunity to attend college without additional financial resources. The scholarship awards $8,000 annually (renewable up to $32,000 over four years) per student.
