Lex Hodges, 79 of Fairfield, passed away at 9:46 AM, Monday, January 30, 2022, at his home. Born on November 16, 1942, in Wayne County to Bill and Bertha (Paul) Hodges, he had worked in the oilfield and been a truck driver. Lex is survived by his wife Connie Hodges of Fairfield, daughter Amy Burwell of Tennessee, 2 granddaughters, 1 great granddaughter, sister Lyndall Ewing of Fairfield, and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and 10 brothers and sisters. Graveside services for Lex will be held at 1 PM on Monday, February 7th at Union Cemetery. There will be no ...
