We have update on fire in the bronx. They think it started with a stove. Not that far from the bronx floor. Started before 7 last night and when a woman left her burning apartment she left her door open which allowed it to spread. The fire quickly spread up the stairs. Fire travels up. The stairway acted looicike a chimney. Took the fire so fast they had little time to react. Couldnt get back down the stairs. Those that tried a few of them perished. In fact, of the 12 people that died, five of them never even made it out of the burning building alive. There were more than 20 units in the build...
