Cossick, during her speech, said Lake Development Authority is working with MSA Consultants to prepare and submit applications for permits to construct a new breakwater at the future marina. Those requests would be sent to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
“I am happy to report that our team has selected Lisa Starkey,” Cossick said. “This nomination is well-deserved and I can’t say thank you enough for everything Lisa does every single day to support the Village of Fairport Harbor."
