PEORIA — Peoria police are investigating the death of a man at a North Peoria home.  Spokeswoman Amy Dotson confirmed the death is being investigated as a homicide — the year's first in Peoria — but declined to release any information regarding the manner or death.  At 9:34 a.m., Peoria police responded to the 500 block of East High Point Place on a report of a man down inside of a home. PEORIA – A Peoria man might have robbed more than one gasoline station this week, according to law-enforcement authorities. Johnny L. Bailey was accused of robbing the Circle K gas station at 4245 N. Knoxville Ave. According to Peoria police, that armed robbery Tuesday night happened a day before the 23-year-old Bailey was arrested in connection with the same crime at a West Peoria gas station.
