Widows of men killed in NYC hammer attack blast insanity plea
Arthur Martunovich, 37, pleaded not guilty by way of mental disease and was designated “dangerously mentally ill,” by Brooklyn Supreme Court Judge Danny Chun Thursday in the triple homicide of three Asian workers on Jan. 15, 2019 at the Seaport Buffet, a restaurant in Sheepshead Bay.
