Thing . If i can address some of the schedule questions and concerns . First of all my reaction generally is the same as yours with the schedule looking forward that another two years with design and two years to build seems like an awfully long time and longer than should be required so some things that were doing we have advanced some of the preliminary design so were moving that forward.
