Born in Chickamauga, Georgia, she was the daughter of the late Paul Louis Williams and Leda Bell Spangler and was a lifelong resident of the Chattanooga area. Her husband Bill Boleman, was the manager of the Valley View Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, where Sally served as secretary. Together they served the families of the Chattanooga, Ooltewah, Apison, East Brainerd and Harrison communities for 35 years. ...
