The lawsuit follows the indictment of Harvard's former morgue manager on Wednesday for allegedly stealing, cutting up and selling the cadavers' body parts.
The case boils down to two people who had access to human bodies: Cedric Lodge, who worked in the Harvard Medical School morgue; and Candace Chapman Scott, who worked for an unnamed crematorium business contracted to the University of Arkansas for Medical Services.
