A South-West interest group, the Development Agenda for Western Nigeria, DAWN, has disclosed its plans to organise a stage performance on the epic “Kiriji war” that would revive Yoruba people history and culture. According to a statement, the project is targeted to establish the first Yoruba Museum of War History, adding that “Kiriji War is the most significant political event in Yoruba history in the past 500 years.”
