Carol Silva Moralez has been named president/CEO of Upskill NWA. She will be responsible for developing the goals, plans, policies and objectives for the new organization. Excellerate Foundation and Walton Family Foundation have partnered to create Upskill NWA, an organization that aims to move lower-income wage earners to higher wage, high demand jobs through additional education and certification.
