Social media posts claim wildfires near the Canadian city of Kelowna were started intentionally to push people into "15-minute smart cities." This is unsubstantiated; provincial officials are investigating the cause of the blazes, but there is no indication of coordinated arson -- and while the growing British Columbia town has an "intelligent city strategy," it does not seek to displace residents.
