Aggravated kidnapping. Last thursday, allen apparently grabbed a 14yearold girl from behind, throwing letter to the ground. Someone was able to stop him, but allen then ran off. He is due in court tomorrow. Elizabeth a federal judge has released convicted former House Speaker sal demassey from jail early because of his failing health. The judge approved a motion to allow demassey to serve house arrest and get treatment for his cancer.
