Developers are setting the wheels in motion again for Phase II of the Viceroy hotel, more than a decade after Phase I opened near Snowmass Base Village in 2009.
Snowmass Village Town Council gave the green light on a resolution approving final architectural plans for Base Village Building 12, now called “Aura,” which will be built on Lot 7 along Assay Hill just south of the Viceroy.
