Lovingston restaurant brings Indian cuisine to Nelson County
Indian Oven is owned by Andy Singla, a computer science architect by profession, who also owns the gas station and convenience store connected to the restaurant. Singla felt Lovingston was missing Indian cuisine in the community and wanted to add that diversity to the local restaurant options.
