How longtime Houston punk musician Richard Molina used music and a lifetime of activism to help honor the memory of his uncle and observe one of the city’s iconic tragedies. The Joe Campos Torres Plaza gets its official dedication this Saturday at 1 p.m. at Commerce Street near Buffalo Bayou.
