SAN DIEGO —  A woman who in 1984 convinced five Marines to kill her husband — himself a Marine stationed at Camp Pendleton — is getting another chance at possible parole this week. Laura Ann Troiani’s latest parole bid comes more than two years after California’s then-Gov.
