The outcome of the La Crosse School Board race won't be determined for another week as the Board of Canvassers meets to sort through the high number of write-in votes cast in the April 2 election. Only two candidates filed nomination papers, resulting in a flurry of write-in activity. Unofficial results show Tim Alberts with 6,035 votes, Adam Manka with 4,433 votes, and write-ins totaling 9,691.
