Man Who Sold Rifle To Odessa Shooter Sentenced To Federal Prison LUBBOCK, TX -- After pleading guilty in October, the man who sold the AR-15-style rifle to the Odessa shooter has been sentenced to two years in federal prison. Marcus Anthony Braziel, 45, of Lubbock had previously pled guilty to unlicensed firearms dealing and concealing the proceeds from weapons sales from the IRS.
