Tower at Erieview apartments will carry the W brand, in Marriott's first foray into rentals
Marriott International Inc. and the Kassouf family have inked a licensing deal that will extend the W branding from a planned 210-room luxury hotel downstairs to 227 apartments upstairs. The Tower at Erieview is the subject of a major mixed-use redevelopment plan.
