Cayliam Marley Sheen, 23, of Elm Grove, Newport, appeared at the Isle of Wight Magistrates' Court today, charged with affray and possession of an offensive weapon, namely a chainsaw, in a public place. Officers investigating an incident in Oakfield, on May 3, have charged Cayliam Marley Sheen, 23, of Elm Grove, Newport, with affray and possession of an offensive weapon in a public place. Police were called just before 11pm to a disturbance in the street in Oak Vale involving a group of men. It was alleged some members of the group were carrying weapons.
