Special to Seacoastonline PORTSMOUTH NAVAL SHIPYARD, Maine - In 2010, Angela Hampson was a 15-year-old freshman at Portsmouth High School working as a counselor for the Summer Youth Program at the shipyard when she first crossed paths with the Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) Outreach Program.
