Saskatoon woman Tiara Jackle files statement of defence in response to civil suit by local band Bombargo
None of the statements in either filing have been tested in court. The statement of claim was filed over statements made in a March 22 Facebook post by Jackle, as well as subsequent comments made on the original post. The post outlined events Jackle said took place during filming of a promotional video organized by the all-male Saskatoon Yukigassen snowball team in February 2016; two members of the team are currently members of Bombargo.
