Man indicted in Carroll County on 13 sex abuse charges
CARROLLTON A 57-year-old Carroll County man is facing 13 felony sexual abuse charges stemming from alleged acts involving three different girls. The suspect, Rickie A. Garbrandt, a resident of Orange Township in the Sherrodsville area, engaged in sex acts with the girls from 2001 to 2020, according to the Carroll County Prosecutor's Office. The charges are five counts of sexual battery, four counts of gross sexual imposition, two charges of rape, and one count each of attempted rape and unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.
