A new gin from ISCO ISCO’s latest project, a barrel aged gin, is available at The Industrious Spirit Company, 1 Sims Ave. No. 103, Providence, (401) 626-4696, iscospirits.com. They took their Ornamental Gin and aged it in charred oak barrels for three months. The oak imparts flavors of sweet vanilla and caramel to the gin. The result is complex layers that float in your mouth, according to the tasting notes. They named it Patina.
