Youth swimmers and wrestlers from Nevada and California were hitting their strides Saturday in the middle of regional championship competitions held in Carson City this weekend.

It’s a good weekend to be a kid: the Kerak Shrine Circus is in town! Well, it’s in Reno, but that isn’t too far of a drive for elephants, clowns, and cotton candy. Also in Reno, but intended for a slightly older audience, is the Lady Luck Tattoo and Art Expo, coincidentally held at Circus Circus.
The Carson City Aquatic Facility will be closed Wednesday, April 8, 2015 due to entire parking lot repaving. The Aquatic Facility will resume regular operations on Thursday, April 9, 2015. Thank you to all of the pool patrons for their continued cooperation during this construction project.
