Special brew created for Bristol Craft Beer Festival By Charlie Watts, Tuesday Apr 13, 2021 The signature brew for this year’s Bristol Craft Beer Festival has been created – and is described as having a tropical fruity flavour with a touch of spice. The New England-style pale ale is brewed with a new hop called Talus, as well as Xawaash, a Somali blend of spices. The spices were selected by Fozia Ismail, the founder of Somali supper club Arawelo Eats, who has worked with St Werburgh’s brewery Wiper and True to create the new beverage.
