近日，美国新冠疫情形势出现反弹。据美国疾病控制和预防中心(CDC)数据显示，近7日日均新增新冠病例数达2.1万例，而在3周前，日均新增病例数仅为1.1万例。
据统计，在过去一周，美国50州中的45州新增病例数呈上升趋势，其中34州新增病例数增幅超过50%；仅缅因州、艾奥瓦州、南达科他州三州新增病例数呈下降趋势；另有两州特拉华州和阿肯色州新增病例数基本保持不变。
专家认为，德尔塔变异毒株的快速传播、独立日假期聚会和部分地区的低疫苗接种率是导致疫情出现反弹的重要原因。
面对疫情反弹，部分地区开始“重启”防疫措施。疫情“新热点”密苏里州过去3周因新冠肺炎住院人数激增150%，该州开始要求65岁及以上居民不要参加大型室内聚会。加州洛杉矶市开始建议已接种疫苗者在公共场所也要佩戴口罩。伊利诺伊州芝加哥市则要求来自密苏里州等疫情“热点”地区的未接种疫苗者隔离10天或出示新冠检测阴性证明。
疫苗接种方面，美国目前至少接种一剂新冠疫苗者已超过1.84亿人，占到总人口的55.6%；完成接种疫苗者超过1.59亿人，占到总人口的48.1%。近来，日均接种疫苗剂数明显下降。近7日日均接种剂数已降至40万剂，远低于峰值时期的330万剂。
