View Comments RICHMOND, Ind. The United Way of Whitewater Valley has awarded $186,012 to six Wayne and Union county organizations through the COVID-19 Economic Relief Grant Initiative. The additional funding is possible through a partnership between Indiana United Ways, of which the local United Way is a member, and the Lilly Endowment, according to a news release.
