Eliot's Sanctuary Arts establishes non-profit to award scholarships

To be clear, Sanctuary Arts' art school, artist studios, communal living quarters, sculpture garden, and fine art casting foundry remain "not-profiting" enterprises, owner, director and artist Christopher Gowell says.
