Growing up in a small town in Texas, Eubanks moved to Las Vegas when he was 19 years old and entered the food and beverage industry on the Strip, starting out as a busser for PBR Rock Bar & Grill at Miracle Mile Shops. He slowly worked his way up the ladder, from busser, food runner and server to barback and bartender, eventually moving into his first management position at now-shuttered hot spot Casa Del Matador in Downtown Summerlin, known for its huge tequila selection. ....
