A decade-long dispute between the city of Highland Park and the Great Lakes Water Authority over unpaid water bills is heading towards an end.
(The Center Square) – A new deal, if agreed to by all parties, could end a 10-year dispute over Highland Park’s roughly $55 million of unpaid water bills.
The Great Lakes Water Authority is raising water and sewer charges beginning July 1.
