亚光科技：拟7亿提升电子领域产能，打造最有价值军工领域品牌

　　我国国防预算占GDP比重相对固定、财政预算占比有所回升，同时练兵实战化将大幅提升武器装备采购和维护需求，受世界国防支出上升大趋势影响，未来几年我国国防预算支出或将继续保持稳定增长。
　　根据business wire和fortune business insights的数据，全球军用雷达市场规模由2012年的69亿美元增至2018年的140.7亿美元，未来随着新体制雷达诞生，军用雷达市场规模进一步增长，预计2026年达195.6亿美元，CAGR为4.20%。
　　目前，我国军用雷达市场空间每年预计在300亿以上，随着雷达技术向有源相控阵、数字相控阵发展，微波组件在雷达中的价值占比逐步提升，保守估计微波组件成本占整部雷达成本的60%以上，由此测算，微波组件在军用雷达领域年均市场空间将达200亿元。
　　亚光科技的电子业务主要集中在射频信号收发“自强工程”国家级技术领域，从芯片一直到元器件、模块、组件、微系统和分系统，具体对应芯片/半导体/元器件和组件/模块/微系统两个产业链环节。
　　而军工电子行业分系统和系统级产品所涉及的上游供应商所具备的技术具有较好兼容性，针对不同应用场景，可灵活满足下游客户多种定制需求。相对于下游子/分系统以及系统级产品而言，上游供应商的技术密集度相对较低，但具有轻资产性质，前期投入相对较少，后期产品或服务的利润率相对较高，是整个军工行业中民参军最活跃领域。
　　亚光科技的雷达配套设备已覆盖陆、海、空、天多种武器装备，在地基、舰载、机载、弹载等十几种型号上列装，未来随着我国军用雷达市场规模增长，公司作为雷达产业链上游供应商的订单也将不断增长，增速将比较稳定。
　　核心产品运用导弹、航空等多个领域
　　在导弹武器全部构造中，制导分系统占比为各分系统占比最高，并且随着导弹类型和制导功能技术含量不同有增强趋势。我国在“十三五”之前是武器装备能力建设期，预计“十四五”正式跨越进入武器装备放量建设期，尤其是消耗性装备大幅放量增长。
　　而导弹是消耗属性最强的武器装备，据《解放军报》披露，东部战区陆军某重型合成旅，2018 年枪弹、炮弹、导弹消耗分别是2017年的2.4倍、3.9倍、2.7倍。国盛证券军工行业研究团队认为“十四五”期间，导弹是增速快、确定性高的军工装备，预计当前导弹市场规模或达到人民币1000亿元左右，未来5年复合增速有望达到30%以上。
　　亚光科技与该领域部分核心客户建立了深度配套合作关系，并且部分客户还将其成都研发中心直接设到了成都亚光，共同研发确保重要配套任务按时保质完成，当前备产任务大幅增加，订单成倍增长，预计未来3-5年来自导弹领域的配套收入也将取得较高增速。
　　2020年中国航天大会商业航天产业国际论坛上，中国航天科技集团八院科技委秘书长潘军介绍，截至2019年末，我国总计在轨运行卫星约350颗，2019年发射约80颗。各个商业公司陆续发布了卫星星座计划，保守估计，未来5-10年，我国商业小卫星的发射需求超4,000颗，年均微小卫星发射量是2019年的7-15倍，商业卫星制造的需求呈现爆发式增长。
　　亚光科技子公司成都亚光20多年前就参与了我国首次载人航天工程协作配套工作，并多次获得中国载人航天工程办公室、国家信息产业部、航天科技、航天科工等颁发的相关表彰荣誉。公司卫星通信业务有数十年发展历史，全面参与了卫星研制、地面信关站和地面用户站配套任务，部分产品在核心客户中处于独家供货地位。

　　亚光科技下游客户=均为军工集团科研院所及相关工厂，包括中国电科集团、航天科工集团、航天科技集团、中航工业集团、中船重工集团等，三年以上供货的客户已超过200家。配套产品覆盖领域包括军用雷达、导弹导引头、电子对抗、通信导航、遥感遥测等。公司产品基本覆盖了各个细分领域最领先的整机院所，体现了公司技术实力与生产水平。
　　目前，亚光电子在为核心客户开展定制化服务基础上，不断创新合作模式，与核心客户开展战略预研、项目合作投标、产品线代工等方式，与大客户逐步建立起深度合作关系，对产业发展趋势把握更准确，对技术路线跟踪更紧密，能够保证公司核心产品在技术发展上的稳定性、延续性，具备获取长期订单的能力。
