Described as “a great event for the whole family,” the city-hosted festival will take place from noon to 2:30 p.m. Saturday, May 6 at Broadmoore Park, 2691 W. Broadmoore Drive, in the Broadmoore Estates neighborhood, north of Atlas Elementary and accessible from Atlas Road.
