UPPER MANHATTAN, NY Assembly Member Carmen De La Rosa is uniting with a coalition of Dominican New York State legislators to introduce a resolution commemorating the 177th Anniversary of the Independence of the Dominican Republic.
De La Rosa is joining forces with Assembly Member Victor M. Pichardo, Assembly Member Karines Reyes, and Assembly Member Amanda Septimo.
The coalition announced Wednesday the push to celebrate the 177th anniversary of the monumental day in Dominican history.
