Trump are privileged, he says. that fails for at least three reasons. number one, he was not an advisory of the president. and so his political advice to the president is not privileged by definition. number two, even if it is, joe biden, the current president, gets to decide whether the privilege should yield and he says it should. despite those things, he has has to show up and assert privilege on a question by question basis. i think it is an important step to pursue charges criminally, even if it takes a long time as a deterrent to all the other people who might try to do the same thing. >...
