The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre (KSrelief) signed a $10 million agreement with the World Health Organization (WHO) to provide more than one million people in Gaza with access to emergency life-saving health services and logistic support. The agreement was signed via video conference by KSrelief's Assistant General Supervisor for Operations and Programs, Ahmed al-Baiz, and WHO's Regional Director for the Eastern Mediterranean Hanan Balkhi.

The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) has signed a cooperation agreement with a civil society organization to provide primary healthcare and water services to displaced people in Razekh district in Yemen’s Saada Governorate. KSrelief's Assistant Supervisor General for Operations and Programs Eng. Ahmed bin Ali Al-Baiz signed the agreement at the center’s headquarters in Riyadh.

Saudi Arabia provided an additional financial contribution of $8 million to the UN Development Program (UNDP) to address the threat of the Safer oil tanker anchored off the coast of Yemen. The Assistant General Supervisor of the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) for Operations and Programs, AhmedaAl-Baiz, and UNDP Assistant Secretary-General and Regional Director for Arab Countries Abdullah al-Dardari signed the memorandum of the additional financial contribution submitted by the Kingdom.

During the meeting, they exchanged friendly conversations, and discussions on various topics of mutual interest.

Saudi Arabia took part on Friday in the high-level Paris International Conference to Assist Civilians in Gaza, which was called for by French President Emmanuel Macron. King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) Assistant General Supervisor for Planning and Development Dr. Aqeel bin Jumaan Al-Ghamdi, who headed the Kingdom's delegation to the conference, delivered a speech in which he hailed the initiative to hold a conference to provide relief and humanitarian aid to the Palestinian people in Gaza in light of the current humanitarian situation there.
