Millersville University is opening its doors to refugees who need a temporary place to live as they seek permanent housing.
The money comes from the Colorado Assistance Fund, which was activated in response to nonprofits facing a multitude of growing challenges, including workforce shortages, declines in donations, high inflation, economic uncertainty and continued impacts of COVID-19 causing high turnover and burnout, according to a release by El Pomar Foundation.
