Lakeland to decide on fate of controversial Morgan Creek Preserve expansion

LAKELAND — On Monday, the Lakeland City Commission will rule on a controversial Morgan Creek Preserve expansion already tied up in a lawsuit at the county level.  Commissioners will hold a public hearing concerning a portion of the expansion of the Morgan Creek Preserve near Medulla, Hamilton and Pipkin roads.
